Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal EIA Consultant to lead environmental teams and inputs to project designs and assessments across multiple sectors. You will collaborate with environmental specialists and design teams to improve the environmental performance on a diverse range of projects.

You will manage bids and deliver EIA work for energy and infrastructure, oversee quality and safety, and develop innovative techniques.

Qualifications

• Relevant environmental degree and professional status (IEMA).
• Proven experience leading EIA processes and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong report writing, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental inputs to project designs and assessments.
• Manage bids, project delivery, and financial management.
• Oversee quality, health and safety, and risk in projects.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote sustainable design.
• Develop strategies to win new business and expand energy/infra work.
