Safran companies is looking for an EHS Manager in Wolverhampton to lead and drive the site’s Environmental, Health & Safety strategy, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in EHS within a manufacturing or engineering context, hold a NEBOSH certification, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires collaboration to ensure a safe working environment and sustainable safety performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading EHS strategy and compliance within manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UK EHS legislation and standards.
• Experience in audits and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS Management System implementation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations.
• Drive compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate EHS requirements.
• Develop and deliver EHS training across the organization.
• Manage EHS performance metrics and reporting.
• Engage with leadership teams to foster a safety culture.
