Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited offers a placement in the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team based in Filton, Bristol, with travel to other UK sites. You will support daily EHS tasks, assist in sustainability initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

The role targets undergraduate students studying Environment or Geography, with emphasis on strong writing and presentation skills and the ability to work within a team.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates for whole placement duration.
• Pursuing a degree in Environment or Geography.
• Excellent writing and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across daily EHS functions and customer base.
• Help drive improvements and synergies with EHS teams.
• Engage with Multi Functional Teams (e.g. sustainability) and develop communications channels.
• Support development and use of electronic reporting and monitoring tools.
• Assist in research, delivery and evaluation of internal communication campaigns.
