Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Broughton is offering an Environment Health and Safety placement for undergraduates. You will gain hands-on experience in EHS with strong interaction across UK and global EHS groups.

The role supports sustainability initiatives and safety, occupational health and wellbeing activities. The successful candidate will work at Airbus UK sites (Broughton and Filton), with potential travel to other sites and collaboration with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only for the whole duration of the placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability required.
• Studying Environment, Geography or related field; other disciplines welcomed.
• Basic IT systems, presentation and graphics skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support all daily aspects of EHS functions and customers.
• Work with EHS teams to drive improvements and synergies.
• Engage in Multi Functional Teams, such as sustainability.
• Help develop and use electronic reporting and monitoring tools.
