Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for EMS documentation, permits, and compliance records.
• Support EHS training, compliance, and risk management processes across site operations, including Visual Factory updates, action trackers, and SDS/COSHH systems.
• Coordinate occupational health activities with external providers and on-site clinics.
• Provide support for EHS compliance monitoring and dashboards.
• Maintain safety equipment and supplies and develop inspection templates.
