Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support in line with students' EHCP targets and needs.
• Support students with learning, communication, confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.
• Help students access the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure EHCP strategies and support are implemented consistently.
• Monitor and record students' progress towards their individual targets.
