Job summary

Baltimore Consulting is seeking an EHC Plan Writer for new assessments. The role focuses on producing high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans, coordinating with families, schools, and partner agencies, and reporting to a SEND Manager for new assessments.

You will manage a designated caseload, coordinate advice from professionals, and ensure statutory timescales are consistently achieved, with a focus on person-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience writing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory processes.
• Experience in local government, education, or public sector settings.

Responsibilities

• Write EHCPs from multi-agency advice and assessments.
• Manage statutory assessment timelines from submission to completion.
• Coordinate multi-agency collaboration and ensure timely deliverables.
