Job summary

Learning Curve Group in Sunderland is seeking an experienced EHCP learning support Advisor/Mentor to help learners with additional learning needs within a Construction Academy. The role is four days a week and focuses on SEND support for young people.

You will provide mentoring, study support, and advocacy to enable learners to access education and achieve their goals. Candidates should have experience working with SEND, a passion to transform lives through learning, and the ability to work with

• Experience working with young people with SEND or disability and adapting approaches.
