Learning Curve Group is seeking an EHCP Learning Support Assistant for a three-day weekly role in Coventry, focusing on learners with additional learning needs and EHCP plans. You will support access to a wide range of learning experiences and help tailor materials to individual needs.
Ideal candidates will have SEND experience with Post-16 learners and will work under the guidance of the SENCO, contributing to annual reviews while upholding safeguarding and confidentiality.

We are looking for an experienced EHCP learning support Advisor/Mentor who can support learners with additional learning needs. This is a unique role for 3 days a week working within a Military Academy. Knowledge and experience of working with young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND) is essential.
