Hertford Regional College is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to join the Additional Learning Support team at the Ware/Broxbourne Campus. You will assess learners' support needs, coordinate the EHCP process, and collaborate with curriculum staff and external agencies to tailor support.

You will guide teaching staff on differentiation, assist with exam access arrangements, and support learners through transitions into college to ensure an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in education environments.
• Experience coordinating Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
• Experience supporting learners with disabilities/learning difficulties.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate EHCP processes for learners, including consultations and annual reviews.
• Develop and tailor support plans to help learners succeed academically and personally.
• Guide teaching staff on differentiation strategies and exam access arrangements.
• Support learners during transitions into and through college life.
