Doncaster College is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to join our Additional Learning Support team. You will coordinate EHCP consultations and annual reviews, liaise with students, families and external agencies, and ensure statutory requirements are met to support positive learner outcomes.

Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve positive outcomes? We are looking for an organised, proactive and compassionate EHCP Coordinator to join our Additional Learning Support team and play a key role in supporting learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will support the College's consultation and review process for young people with EHCPs, ensuring statutory requirements are met and learners receive the support they need to succeed. Working closely with students, families, college staff and external agencies, you will coordinate annual reviews, maintain effective communication with stakeholders and champion a person-centred approach throughout the EHCP process.

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk‑taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
