DN Colleges Group is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to support learners with Education, Health and Care Plans. You will coordinate annual reviews, maintain communications with students, families and external agencies, and champion a person-centred approach throughout the EHCP process.
The role requires managing a demanding workload and applying knowledge of SEND legislation to ensure statutory requirements are met and learners receive the necessary support.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and compassionate EHCP Coordinator to join our Additional Learning Support team and play a key role in supporting learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will support the College's consultation and review process for young people with EHCPs, ensuring statutory requirements are met and learners receive the support they need to succeed. Working closely with students, families, college staff and external agencies, you will coordinate annual reviews, maintain effective communication with stakeholders and champion a person-centred approach throughout the EHCP process.

Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
