Job Opportunity: EFL Teacher

At Prominent Education, part of the Xinlung Group, we are committed to helping students achieve their goals through a range of educational services. We are currently experiencing increased demand from our established client base for one-to-one and group online and offline EFL/ESOL tuition in Manchester. We are seeking experienced EFL teachers to join our team. Our educators deliver high-quality, bespoke sessions tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored, interactive, one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions.
• Design individualised lesson plans based on the student’s learning needs.
• Track and assess students' progress, provide regular feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Utilise online platforms, screen-sharing tools, and digital resources effectively to engage students during virtual lessons.
• Maintain regular communication with the PE team regarding student progress, identify areas of weakness, and develop strategies to meet academic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of EFL teaching experience.
• Proven track record in one-to-one and group tutoring.
• Experience in online and offline tutoring settings.
• TEFL/CELTA qualification or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to support teaching in Mandarin is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to tutor other subjects/exams is advantageous but not essential.
