At Prominent Education, part of the Xinlung Group, we help students to achieve their goals through a series of services. Currently, we are experiencing demand from our well-established client base for one-to-one and group online and offline EFL/ESOL tuition in Manchester. We are looking to recruit experienced EFL teachers to join our team. Our educators deliver high-quality, bespoke sessions to our students.

Start Date: ASAP
Working hours & Patterns: Part-time, Weekends and Evenings
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Key responsibilities:

Deliver tailored, interactive, one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions.
Design individualised lesson plans based on the student’s learning needs.
Track and assess students' progress, provide regular feedback to both students and parents, and adjust the teaching approach as needed.
Effectively utilise online platforms, screen-sharing tools, and digital resources to engage students during virtual lessons.
Maintain regular communication with the PE team regarding the student’s progress, track areas of weakness, and develop strategies to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
A minimum of 5 years of EFL teaching experience.
An excellent track record in one-to-one & group tutoring.
Experience tutoring in an online and offline setting.
TEFL/CELTA qualified or equivalent.
Willingness to provide an enhanced DBS check.
Ability to use Mandarin to support teaching is not essential but advantageous.
Ability to tutor other subjects/ exams is not essential but advantageous.
