Job Details

• Earn £15.81 per hour with the opportunity for voluntary paid overtime.
• Working an average of 40 hours per week over 5 days.
• Fixed Term contract from 25th June to 22nd August 2025.

About the Role

Use your love for languages to enrich young lives at PGL, where children achieve the ‘impossible’ through adventure and outdoor activities. As an EFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons combining classroom instruction, sightseeing, and outdoor activities, fostering a love of learning and adventure.

You will prepare and deliver fun lessons to international students, both indoors and outdoors, encouraging their English development. The role includes a 3-day induction and ongoing support, with class sizes up to 15 students, using pre-written programmes with options for your own resources.

Qualifications & Character

• Cambridge CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or equivalent (e.g., PGCE in English/Modern Languages, Primary PGCE leading to QTS).
• Previous teaching or training experience in a classroom setting.
• Passion for teaching and qualities such as energy, confidence, and resilience.
