Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Crawley is recruiting a Cleaning & Waste Operative for a large warehouse. Working hours are 8am–4pm, Mon–Fri or Sat & Sun, on a temporary contract with a probation period. Pay is £12.71 per hour, with full training provided.

Responsibilities include cleaning canteens, warehouse, machinery and washrooms, plus waste disposal and basic sanitisation. Personal safety boots required; casual dress code and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and commute to the site; ample car parking is available.
• Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Your own composite safety boots is required.
• Dress code: casual non-uniform.
• Knowledge of having a clean criminal background.
• Hardworking, reliable, and motivated with a flexible approach.
• Happy to walk around a large warehouse and work solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean canteens, warehouse, machinery and washrooms.
• Hoovering and sweeping warehouse/office areas.
• Manage waste disposal and basic sanitisation.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals (training provided).
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and safe.
• React quickly to call-outs from the client and comply with Health & Safety policies.
