Our client is a leading global law firm with a strong UK-wide construction practice. Known for its impressive client base and high-quality, non-contentious construction work, the team is involved in a wide range of projects—from major infrastructure and commercial developments to complex engineering schemes.
What’s on offer?
This role is based in Birmingham (could also consider other UK office locations, get in touch to discuss) and sits within a nationally recognised team that’s consistently ranked for its excellence in construction law. The work is engaging, diverse, and often headline-making. You’ll be advising on JCT and NEC contracts, development agreements, procurement strategy, and risk management across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, commercial and public.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience in non-contentious construction, gained at a reputable firm, and a strong academic background. Equally important is your enthusiasm for this area of law and a client-focused, proactive approach.
