Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain institutional investors in the German market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and industry partners.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust investor network.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales progress and market insights.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong network of institutional investors in the German market.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
