Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain institutional investors in the German market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and industry partners.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust investor network.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales progress and market insights.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong network of institutional investors in the German market.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
