We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking pharmacist to collaborate with the Lead Pharmacist for Hammersmith and Fulham local inpatient services. The role involves developing the clinical pharmacy service within Local Services, building on current successes. The position is rotational, offering experience in mental health inpatient services and forensic services.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in mental health. They should enjoy providing outstanding clinical pharmacy services and working collaboratively with colleagues. The role requires the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
The pharmacist will join a dynamic, expanding team based across five main Trust sites, including specialists in OPMHS, CAMHS, perinatal, and Crisis Teams, as well as MINT. The team emphasizes growth and professional development, including Clinical Diplomas, non-medical prescribing, and opportunities to contribute to publications.
The role also involves contributing to clinical governance through audits, QI projects, incident reporting, policy development, and service improvement initiatives. CPD is expected, with progression opportunities to Band 7 upon acquiring relevant qualifications.
