They deliver multi-cloud implementations across various industry verticals and are seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead to drive projects and make a significant impact. They offer a wide range of services from greenfield implementations, transformations, innovation, to change management, ensuring no two days are the same.

Over the past 12 months, they've onboarded experienced Salesforce experts with whom you'll work closely. They foster an inclusive, hardworking, and innovative culture, seeking go-getters eager to exceed capabilities and advance their careers.

Due to their rapid growth, there is a direct and advanced route to senior-level positions, supported by guidance from C-Suite executives and additional resources.

This hybrid role is based at their modern offices in central London (2-3 days a week).

Some responsibilities include:

• Leading full lifecycle complex (cross-cloud) implementations
• Supporting pre-sales teams in identifying future opportunities
• Mentoring and leading junior team members
• Solution design: collaborating with delivery and technical teams to transform requirements into solutions
• Leading requirement gathering sessions and preparing client presentations

Requirements:

• Approximately 5+ years of end-to-end Salesforce project delivery experience
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and teams
• Solution design/architecture experience is preferred
• Prior consulting experience is essential
• Core Cloud experience (minimum), additional clouds are a bonus
• Industry experience in professional services or the built environment is desirable
• Full right to work in the UK
