AUDIT SENIOR

RECfinancial are currently partnering with this reputable Leicester-based Practice to recruit an experienced Audit Senior.

Being a market leader in their field with an enviable reputation, this multi-site practice is looking to continue its growth.

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR AS AN AUDIT SENIOR?

Ideally, they are seeking a part-qualified or finalist Auditor to work in their Audit and Accounts department, supporting a diverse client base. This position offers a fulfilling environment where you can feel good about your role.

WHAT DOES THE AUDIT SENIOR ROLE INVOLVE?

• Plan and undertake audit and independent examination assignments for a portfolio of clients.
• Support and develop trainee auditors, working closely with the Audit Partner.
• Deliver excellent client service, managing and exceeding expectations, and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through relevant training, conferences, and seminars.
• Manage work efficiently and profitably, adhering to company procedures.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• ACA / ACCA part-qualified or finalist.
• Strong audit experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and a drive to exceed client expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in networking and business development.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
• Focus on self-development and a desire to coach and mentor colleagues.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently on assignments while contributing to a larger team.
