Sales Manager – Real Estate Wellness Tech (B2B / Property Development Sector)

Location: Hybrid / London

Industry: Property Tech, Real Estate, Fitness & Wellness

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager with an existing network and proven success selling into the property development or construction ecosystem. If you’ve sold design & build services, interior fit-outs, smart tech integrations, or wellness amenities into residential or commercial developments—this is your lane.

This role offers ownership, flexibility, and the chance to directly shape the built environment of the future.

Your Mission
  • Grow Relationships: Leverage and expand your network across developers, architects, asset managers, and property owners/operators.
  • Own the Pipeline: Manage and convert inbound interest, plus hunt for new opportunities in sectors like BTR, PBSA, hotels, and commercial offices.
  • Customised Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand space, budget, and user needs, and develop tailored proposals using reFIT’s CAPEX/OPEX models.
  • Pitch with Impact: Deliver engaging, confident presentations and site tours that bring reFIT’s vision to life.
  • Close the Deal: Negotiate terms, finalise agreements, and hit revenue targets—backed by a delivery team that ensures operational excellence.
  • Collaborate to Deliver: Stay engaged post-sale, ensuring clients get what they’ve signed up for and more.
You Bring
  • 3+ years’ B2B sales experience into the property development, construction, or real estate supply chain (design & build, FF&E, tech fit-outs, etc.).
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to model investment returns and present compelling business cases.
  • Confidence presenting to stakeholders from C-suite to on-site project managers.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for wellness, design, or smart tech.
