Real Estate Development Solicitor

A Hampshire law firm has a new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor to join their Real Estate Property department working closely with Property Development matters.

The work involves handling commercial property sales, purchase, new build and site acquisitions. The role requires advising on all aspects of development agreements, landlord & tenant, title, leases and planning.
