Job Description:

This office-based role is located in South Wales, working Monday – Friday. The salary is excellent and includes company benefits, based on experience.

Our client is the UK’s leading supplier of Process Equipment & Flow Technologies, serving industries such as biotech, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, semi-conductors, and food & beverage. They also supply equipment to the oil & gas, energy, and power sectors, offering a range of pumps, valves, actuators, heat exchangers, ultrafiltration, and other process and control instrumentation.

Due to expansion, a new position has been created for a National Sales Manager based in their Welsh office. Reporting to the UK Sales Director, the Sales Manager will support all UK sales activities from the Wales facility, managing the internal sales team, providing technical and commercial support, and coordinating with external sales teams and project management.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales and people management within process equipment or flow control solutions, such as valves, actuators, pumps, or similar technologies. Candidates with a background as a Process Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, or Territory Manager with at least 5 years of process equipment sales experience will also be considered.

Qualifications such as a Mechanical Engineering Degree, HNC, or equivalent are preferred to provide technical support and assist in selecting appropriate process equipment to meet client needs.
