Qualified Finance professional required for a highly recognised Property and Construction PLC

Your new company
Your new company is a highly recognised Property Developer that has proven to be different from their competitors, which has helped them grow substantially over recent years.

Your new role
In your new role as Finance Manager, you will manage a team of three Management Accountants who collectively look after over 20 different entities. You will be responsible for implementing best practice processes and controls around all aspects of the general ledger posting and reconciliation processes, implementing timetables and checklists for work to be completed. You will take the lead on ensuring cost and revenue transactions are posted accurately for all operating and management companies in the Group. You will ensure that all associated balance sheet reconciliations are performed accurately and in a timely manner. You will support the Financial Controller with additional ad-hoc commercial duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Finance professional with experience working within a large complex organisation, ideally within the Property and Construction sector. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels both within the finance team and across the business.
