This is a very exciting time to be a part of the PeoplePlus Justice Education team, committed to making education accessible and pushing the boundaries of innovative teaching and learning towards an exceptional quality agenda.

Working remotely and covering prison establishments across London, our Head of Operations will report directly to the Director of Operations. This crucial role manages onsite Education Managers to ensure the delivery of the contract and all KPIs. The Head of Operations will identify challenges impacting contract performance and develop solution-focused action plans to address them. They will take a hands-on approach to implementing impactful solutions, involving colleagues and support services across the PES Team and the wider organization, including Human Resources, Quality Performance, and Finance. The role also involves supporting the recruitment and induction of new Education and Assistant Managers.

This position is hybrid, requiring attendance at a minimum of three site visits per week across all eight prisons. Ideally, candidates will reside in the London area.
