We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead our team in the Castle Bromwich shop. You will work with volunteers in a creative environment, helping to raise funds vital for our frontline work supporting young people in England.
You will support the Shop Manager in leading a diverse team of volunteers, requiring strong people skills and confidence in working with individuals from different backgrounds to create a welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and supporters.
