Assistant Store Manager

Who You Are:

  • Responsible for all aspects of store management, leading and building a team dedicated to driving business.
  • Co-responsible for operational budgets and proactive business planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, energetic approach to challenges.

What You’ll Do:

People
  • Inspire, lead, and coach the team to foster performance and accountability.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to build MK Ambassadors.
Sales and Service
  • Meet and exceed sales goals; maintain floor presence and lead by example.
  • Analyze reports, develop action plans, and utilize client databases to increase sales.
  • Organize local customer events and maintain client communication via clienteling apps.
Operations
  • Maintain inventory integrity through bi-annual inventories.
  • Ensure effective use of communication platforms and relevant actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Charismatic and inspirational leadership skills.
  • Technologically proficient, especially in leveraging technology to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in challenging environments.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
