This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Asset Management Service and lead a team delivering a range of capital projects. As Programme Manager, you will lead a team of project managers and technical staff responsible for the delivery of our planned capital works programme, with an annual value of over £20 million.

Successful candidates will have a good working knowledge of delivering similar programmes, ideally within social housing, and managing a team of property professionals.

You will be part of a team supporting Stevenage Borough Council's programme to modernise social housing as part of its vision to develop the town.
