Let's Play - Office Assistant Role

Let's Play is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support our growing childcare business across the UK. The role involves working directly with Directors, Management, and the Office Administrator to handle administrative duties and assist in daily operations.

Daily Tasks Will Include
  • Promptly responding to customer service inquiries, managing bookings and payments, HR duties, setting up upcoming holiday camp periods, and supporting daily operations.

Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and customer care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Punctuality, reliability, and commitment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in office management or PA roles
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent grammar skills
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in HR
  • Experience working with children
  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Communicating effectively with parents/carers via email and telephone
  • Supporting Directors in daily operations
  • HR duties
  • Managing the online booking system
  • Maintaining regular communication with Directors and staff
  • Understanding and empathizing with the needs of children and liaising with parents/carers accordingly
  • Being committed and passionate about the role
Working Hours:
  • Term Time: 27.5 hours/week (Wednesday to Friday)
  • School Holidays: 50 hours/week, 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
