About the Role

As Headteacher, you will focus on delivering high-quality education, a broad curriculum, and positive outcomes for pupils with special educational needs. Candidate Profile

We seek experienced SEND professionals with leadership experience in SEN settings, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to performance improvement. The ideal candidate will be inspirational, motivated, and passionate about transforming lives through education.

Requirements

• Relevant experience working with pupils with additional learning and communication difficulties
• Experience as a Head or Deputy Head in a SEN school
• Knowledge of Ofsted procedures and school improvement strategies
• Effective budget management skills
• Relevant degree and teaching qualification
