Key Responsibilities Include:

• acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
• providing strategic leadership alongside the Headteacher, contributing to the school’s vision and improvement plans
• managing and supporting the pastoral team, promoting student wellbeing and engagement
• supporting and developing staff, ensuring high-quality teaching and a positive learning environment
• engaging with parents, governors, and external agencies to enhance student support.
