Parcelhub is recruiting a Claims Administrator to support our claims function.

You’ll work from the site closest to you, with the flexibility of hybrid working to fit your routine.

Available base locations include Nottingham, Leeds, Leicester, Smethwick, and Dinnington, providing flexibility for candidates across the Midlands and Yorkshire regions.

Role Overview

In this position, you’ll manage carrier claims from submission to resolution, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and excellent service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Submit accurate claims across multiple carriers, adhering to strict deadlines.
  2. Verify and forward claim documentation to relevant carriers.
  3. Process and log credits received, applying them to customer accounts.
  4. Respond to claims-related queries and escalate as needed.
  5. Collaborate with finance and customer service teams.
  6. Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively.
  • Experience in logistics or carrier claims is desirable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths.
  • A Levels or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven, team environment.
