Job description

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, proactively offering assistance and answering questions.
• Selecting high-quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On-demand grocery service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
• Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
• Working flexibly across the store as needed.
