The Role

As a Night GSA, you’ll be the face of the hotel during the overnight shift. From late check-ins to early departures, you’ll make sure every guest feels welcomed, safe, and taken care of. You’ll also support bar service, maintain the lobby atmosphere, and handle overnight tasks to keep operations smooth.

What You’ll Do

• Handle late arrivals, check-outs, and guest requests overnight
• Keep the lobby clean, safe, and social
• Assist with basic bar service and light food offerings
• Complete night audit and daily handover reports
• Be the calm, capable presence that guests rely on overnight

What We’re Looking For

• Previous night shift or front desk experience preferred
• Friendly, proactive, and confident working independently
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays
