Are you a Junior/Assistant Project Manager, or a Project Engineer with a strong, technical background, looking for a new and exciting challenge to step into?
Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the Water Treatment Delivery Team at our Shelton (Shrewsbury) office.
As our Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be accountable for delivering key project KPIs across a portfolio of large capital engineering and water treatment projects.
You will undertake financial management of projects, manage risks, and liaise with project stakeholders at all levels. Initially, you'll focus on less complex and low-risk projects, with support to grow and take on more responsibilities.
You should be qualified in a technical engineering or construction-related discipline, with contractual management experience. Exposure to the NEC project management framework would be advantageous.
Experience in the utilities and/or infrastructure sectors is preferred. You should have the ability to build successful relationships with diverse stakeholders, and the capacity to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
You must hold a Full UK driving licence due to the remote location of some operational sites.
