We are looking for motivated individuals to work in various operational, administrative, and support roles that directly contribute to providing our students with the best possible experience during their studies and residence at the University of Southampton. These roles support the entire student lifecycle, from initial contact to career opportunities post-qualification, while also caring for students' wellbeing during their time here.
With a student body of over 24,000, numerous staff are needed to guide students through their academic journey. Roles require strong customer service skills, as you may be the first point of contact for students seeking information or support, or involved in administrative tasks collaborating with professional services or academic colleagues to ensure smooth program and course operations.
Some roles may include supervisory duties, ideal for those seeking to develop leadership skills.
We seek enthusiastic, proactive individuals who are excellent team players, with strong communication and IT skills. Prior experience at a university is not necessary; a positive attitude and passion for the work are what matter most.
