Location: Leicestershire, East Midlands

We are seeking a qualified accountant with experience in leading and developing an established commercial finance function to support our distribution and products group. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of quickly addressing business needs.

What is the role about?

1. Leading a team of finance business partners and managing a small finance function.
2. Supporting day-to-day financial activities.
3. Preparing monthly and annual management accounting reports.
4. Owning upcoming budgeting and FP&A activities.
5. Managing reporting requirements.
6. Developing and improving existing processes.
