Job Description:

Reporting into: CTO

The role involves:

• Ensuring the successful execution of current automated projects, investigating issues, resolving bugs, and streamlining processes using SQL Server and .NET skills.
• Managing day-to-day operations of automated data processing pipelines.
• Creating automated data pipelines using our proprietary ADPS system (SQL-based).
• Supporting clients, account managers, and sales teams by querying transactional data and providing solutions.
• Implementing new .NET applications and maintaining existing ones.
• Setting up and maintaining Quadient Inspire Designer workflows, manipulating data with third-party and proprietary software, and producing mail-merged documents.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.

Attention to detail is vital. The role requires working under tight deadlines with a proactive and methodical approach.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years’ experience with T-SQL.
• Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI is beneficial.
• At least 3 years’ experience with C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and web development is beneficial.
• Experience with Quadient Inspire solutions is beneficial; full training provided.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of IT, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments to prioritize and complete tasks.
• Creating and maintaining automated data processing pipelines using ADPS.
• Handling customer data in various formats (TXT, CSV, Excel, PDF, XML).
• Manipulating data in Quadient Inspire Designer to create mail pieces with variable content and integrating workflows into automated processes.
• Processing data for postage optimization and automation activities.
• Designing mail pieces with dynamic content, barcodes, and ensuring data integrity for large-scale jobs.
