About the Role

As the single point of contact for the technical tower, you'll be the face of IT support, ensuring users stay productive and systems run smoothly. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment where technical skills, ownership, and communication go hand in hand.

Hull, United Kingdom – Onsite role with occasional travel or extended support availability.

Fluent in English – both spoken and written.

  • Deliver high-quality desktop and infrastructure support (hardware, software, OS issues).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents without impacting device warranties.
  • Provide desk-side break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, and more.
  • Handle VPN, RDP, anti-virus, and Windows OS issues.
  • Perform installations and troubleshooting of IT peripherals.
  • Provide Smart Hands support for network hardware (switches, routers, racks, etc.).
  • Collaborate with SCCM team for software distribution, patching, and imaging.
  • Ensure smooth imaging for new deployments and break/fix scenarios.
  • Be actively involved in critical incident resolution and outage calls.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party suppliers to close issues.
  • Manage ticketing, escalation, and incident routing.
  • Assist in inventory, asset management, and support readiness drills.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Desktop Support.
  • Strong customer service attitude with a proactive and structured approach.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop/peripheral troubleshooting and deployment.
  • Familiarity with SCCM, imaging tools, and enterprise support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and support users onsite.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support as per schedule.
