Job description

AEJ Management is an expanding facilities management service company providing security guards, cleaners, and landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure, and business parks across the UK.

We have a vacancy for a full-time Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team. The role will be based at a location within Dunfermline.

Pay: £13.50 an hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will be involved in cleaning, landscaping, and general maintenance/handyman duties of the site, following the Assignment Instructions and specific tasks outlined in the cleaning schedule and patrol matrix. You should have basic DIY skills, be willing to learn, and participate in standard landscaping duties on site. A full driving licence is required as there is a need to drive a company vehicle on site.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Car park and communal area cleaning, including emptying public bins.
• Litter picking in common areas and sweeping curb edges.
• Basic DIY duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview).
• Basic landscaping duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview).

About You:

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Experience in grounds maintenance/landscaping.
• Ideally hold PA1 & PA6 certificates.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good health and fitness.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable.
