Multi Skilled Operative - Car Pound

Within this role you will be predominantly working from the Edinburgh car pound. This role will entail:
- Working from an office, releasing vehicles that have been impounded
- Taking payment from customers
- Cover the radio, maintaining control and providing a point of contact for the Parking Attends on the street
- Working with the permit and suspension team
- Working with the removal drivers, ensuring all impounds are correct

What do you need to be a Multi Skilled Operative?
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Full driver’s license required
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Customer focused
- A love of working outdoors
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
- Ability to work on own initiative
