Job description

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Downham Market, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This special service offers accommodation and care for people, including nursing and dementia care.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

1. Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
2. Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy.
3. Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
4. Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits where necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting.
• Ability to show empathy, understanding, and experience of the needs of the client group.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
• A good team player.
• At least 1 year of NMC registration.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.50 per hour, with an annual salary up to £51,480. We currently have permanent vacancies for both day and night shifts. In return, you will receive:
