About the Role

Are you a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist looking to make a difference in the healthcare industry? Rowlands Pharmacy seeks an experienced pharmacist to join our community-oriented team. Our Corwen branch is staffed with a long-standing team, including a Non-Pharm Manager training as an ACPT, serving a popular rural tourist destination. Dispensing around 5,500 items per month, this quiet branch utilizes Medipac robotic technology to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions, ensuring legal and ethical compliance
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Conduct medication reviews and manage medication safety
• Maintain patient records and pharmacy inventory
• Provide immunization services (if applicable)
• Advise on OTC medications and healthcare products
• Participate in health promotion initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
