The HR and Recruitment Administrator will play a vital role in enabling the HR team to provide a high-performing, customer-focused, consistent, and proactive HR service to support the delivery of the Ardingly College Family of Schools’ values and priorities.
The primary focus of the role is to support the HR team through comprehensive HR and recruitment administration. Initially, this support will be focused on Ardingly College, with plans to extend to Great Walstead Prep School as part of a future centralized HR function for the Ardingly College Family of Schools.
The HR and Recruitment Administrator will report to the Senior HR Manager and collaborate closely with the HR team and staff across both school sites.
