This role is an initial 12-month FTC and part-time (3 days a week).

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage full lifecycle recruitment for various roles across Moonpig Group, partnering with leadership teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Sourcing top candidates through innovative strategies.
  • Creating positive candidate experiences.
  • Building talent pipelines and nurturing relationships.
  • Providing strategic advice to leadership.
  • Promoting Moonpig’s culture and employer brand.
  • Using data to inform recruitment strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
  • Innovative, curious, and structured thinker.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset and continuous learner.
  • Familiarity with Lever ATS is a plus.
