Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tour Guide, based in Glasgow with some work from home flexibility. The Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting guided tours, sharing knowledge of Scottish history and culture, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an enriching travel experience. Additional duties include assisting with sales of tours, planning and booking tours and related services, and maintaining high standards of communication with travelers.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Guided Tours is beneficial
  • Passionate about Scotland, it's history, culture and people
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly manner
  • Full driving license is mandatory
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
