Are you passionate about history, culture, and sharing stories? Do you love meeting new people and showcasing the best of Glasgow? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tour Bus Guides!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative guided tours around Glasgow's iconic landmarks and hidden gems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all passengers.
  • Answer questions and share interesting facts about Glasgow’s history and culture.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the tour.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for Glasgow's heritage.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Training:

  • You must be able to commit to a comprehensive 6-week training program, 6 hours per week, starting in March.
  • Training includes Glasgow's history, landmarks, customer service skills, and safety procedures.
  • Opportunity to shadow experienced guides and learn on-the-job.
