Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative to cover a 12-month maternity leave. The role involves maintaining existing customer relationships in Scotland and expanding our reach across the UK. The position offers flexible remote work with travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland.
2. Identify and engage new orthodontic specialists across the UK.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Scotland and other regions.
4. Educate dental professionals about Clear Correct products through presentations and training.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
6. Collaborate with marketing and support teams for effective communication.
7. Provide sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, preferably with clear aligners.
• Strong understanding of the UK dental market; existing relationships with orthodontic specialists are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel, especially to Scotland twice a month.
• Valid UK driving license.
