Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for positive outcomes. Our shift leaders are motivated by making small positive changes and celebrating the little things.

Get out what you put in

You will be responsible for caring for our young people daily, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting your team. As a shift leader, you will also support and oversee staff, stepping in for the Team Leaders when needed. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and support, and inspiring colleagues is essential.

What we do for you

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: £30,030 - £34,302
  • Sleep-in payments: Up to 4 per month at £80 each (approx. £3,840/year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance with good attendance
  • 4-week induction on our Care Academy
  • 7 weeks’ holiday
  • Career progression opportunities and our ‘Aspire’ managers programme
  • Flexible benefits: holiday, pension, life insurance, and more
  • Wellbeing tools and employee assistance
  • Medical cover and discounts
  • Meals provided during shifts
  • Modern facilities and supportive environment
  • Referral bonus scheme of £1,000 per successful hire

  • Honesty and empathy
  • Resilience in challenging situations
